Let’s face it; we live inside a cruel world. Hate and jealously is everywhere. For most citizens who begin a fitness program to enhance themselves, getting started will be half the battle. Once you have begun your plan, you have to have faith and consider inside what you are doing. Stay focused and avoid overly critical or negative citizens. When I first began my program, I stopped talking about what I was doing since I got tired of hearing things like “you be able to’t do that”, “that’s impossible”, “you’re wasting your period and cash”.
