You may be getting discouraged, and it’s hardly surprising, because you have worked on those 6 pack abs for ever, and they are still not showing. How many more crunches do i have to do to get them developed enough to show as a great set of six pack abs?

First of all, you are not the only one in this state, there are many more people in this situation, so take heart, and with a few adjustments, your abs and six pack will be defined very soon. Even with the best of intentions, which can be seen by the number of crunches we perform daily, some people just cannot get their abdominals to show. You know that your abs are much stronger, but they still don’t show, so what exactly is happening? You must do some cardio workouts, to lose some fat. Don’t panic this doesn’t automatically mean that you have to work even longer in the gym each day. You can probably reduce the time you spend on your abs exercises, with more time doing cardio. Combine this with eating a little less, you will be well on your way to losing some fat. Make sure your diet is healthy for you, and not over doing the drinks. The occasional drink is fine, but drinking alcohol regularly is just providing your body with too many calories from an unnecessary source.

So, to summarize, exercise properly, lose some body fat and your 6 pack abs will be defined and showing like those on others you’ve been jealously watching.

With my personal fitness training, one thing I get asked alot is ‘how can women get a 6 pack?’ Many women try, and fail. While we agree is harder for a lady to grow flat ab muscles fast comapred to males, its certainly not out of the question. With the right approach you can do it easily.

In my experience, women who want 6 pack abs, are pretty serious about their training and goals. Women in our experience, who are after a flat tummy, have already spent alot of time and effort on their body. This is why I really enjoy training these such people, as they train hard because they have defined goals which they are very serious about!

Notwithstanding the fact that those who read this will be beyond beginner level. There is definitly many beginners, who are very serious about getting ripped abs. Sometimes its the sole goal! The first words to them, is to be ready to change their eating habits and regieme, and work hard! The rewards a a huge bonus, and you’ll be so happey when you reach your goals.
