Whether you want to admit it or not, nature and genetics have specifically designed the female body to have more fat accumulations. Women, on average, find it harder to develop a lean, sculpted figure without hours and hours of weight lifting and cardiovascular activities. That is not even counting all of the dieting. But there are bodybuilding programs out there that can help you get the figure that you want. The secret may be Iron Dolls – Female Bodybuilding Secrets. This ebook may have you sculpted and in the best shape of your life in no time.
So what does Iron Dolls – Female Bodybuilding Secrets have that other exercise or workout programs do not? For starters they do not have Karen Sessions, a.k.a MsFit as the author. Sessions is a regular on the competitive bodybuilding circuit and has a phenomenal body. She specifically designed this program to help the average woman shed the fat and pounds and sculpt her body into what she wants.
But the real question is whether or not it will work for the average woman. Or, for that matter, does the average woman want a bodybuilder’s physique? This is something that you truly have to take into consideration because the program is demanding and it is exact. You have to follow the diet precisely and you have to follow the workout routine if you want the results that are promised with this ebook. One of the downsides to the Iron Dolls website (www.iron-dolls.com) is that you really have no clue as to what is inside the ebook. You have to order it first. And can you really trust the testimonials presented on the website as being factual? The cost is relatively low so it may not hurt the pocketbook to give this ebook a chance if you truly want to pack on muscle and lose excess fat.
Will Iron Dolls – Female Bodybuilding Secrets instantly give you the body of a professional bodybuilder? No, it could take years to develop that kind of muscular form. And you have to accept that there are going to be setbacks. MsFit makes the claim that anyone can do it but that is a bit of a lie. Not everyone can devote endless hours or will ever have the body that she does. Some will not be able to fight their genetics while others will just not have the willpower to work out everyday. You will have to be the ultimate judge.

Complete body fitness can easily be achieved through the proper performance of a kettlebell workout program. As well as conditioning, toning and strengthening your muscles, kettlebells also promote cardiovascular health and flexibility. To help you succeed in using kettlebells to reach your fitness goals, try following the below tips:
Kettlebell Workout Program Tip #1 Don’t Overestimate Your Strength
Those just starting out with kettlebells often make the same mistake. They often start too fast and with weights that are just too heavy. Weight needs to be increased in gradual degrees until the body is used to them to avoid injuries.
Kettlebell Workout Program Tip #2 Don’t Go Too Fast
Increase pace and intensity gradually. When it comes to kettlebell workout programs, people have differing degrees of endurance. Hence, the frequency, pace, weight levels and repetitions will vary for every person. Whatever the pace and intensity of each routine though, you should aim to workout at least three per week.
You would know if you need to increase your pace if the kettlebell starts to feel too light or if your body already experiences very minimal strain with the exercises. You might also have to increase the rigor of your program if you already notice significant changes in your weight and muscle tone.
Kettlebell Workout Program Tip #3 Warm-Up And Take Breaks
Proper preparation is critcial. It is important to warm up first for 10 minutes or so before the days session. On your first session, take the time to learn the right form first.
To train safely you should also be taking regular breaks. Doing so allows your muscles to sufficiently recover and minimizes the risk of incurring a serious injury.
This means resting for a few seconds between repetitions and not working out every day. As an additional measure, if you start regularly performing then you should take a few consecutive days off from it a month.
Kettlebell Workout Program Tip #4 Sets Of Exercises Choose exercises that work on all your muscles. Kettlebell workout programs are considered complete workouts. That is however, only if you choose the right sets of exercises. The three major muscle areas that kettlebells work on are the lower, upper and core muscles of the body.

One of the most popular exercises in the gym, when lifting weights, are those that exercise the chest muscles. These are important, especially if you are trying to get rid of man boobs. They consist of two main muscles, the pectoralis minor muscle which lies against the rib cage and then on top of this is the bigger pectoralis major. The larger muscle is usually what gives the chest its size and appearance.
The chest is one of the main big muscle groups within the body and is frequently thought of as a good sign of masculinity. Good strong pectoral muscles will often provide good overall upper body strength and fitness which is also important in a variety of sports.
Although most chest exercises work the pectoral muscles they also give a good workout to the triceps muscles at the backs of the arms and the shoulders. This makes them good at developing the overall upper body shape.
Warming up before performing any of these exercises is very important to reduce the chances of injury. An aerobic exercise such as rowing on an indoor rowing machine is a good exercise. Not only does it work those upper body muscles but it also increase the blood flow to them as well.
The push up is one of those simple chest exercise workouts that works well. They have the advantage of not requiring any special equipment and can be done quite easily at home. The first step is to lie face down, flat on the floor with your arms about shoulder width apart. Then slowly push your self upwards whilst keeping your body straight and toes on the ground. After reaching the top, slowly lower yourself back down and then repeat again.
At first, for some people, this exercise might be a little difficult and so you can keep your knees in contact with the floor rather than the knees. One of the important aspects of this exercise is to lower yourself down slowly so that you continue to exercise those important muscle groups. As you improve, one way to ,make this exercise more difficult is to move your hands slightly wider than shoulder width.
The bench press is a common exercise performed in the gym and is excellent. I would advise to have a partner train with you during this exercise as a safety measure. On the bench you lie flat on your back with a barbel held with both hands at arms length. Then slowly lower the barbel down to the chest and then again slowly, push it back up until the arms are outstretched.
The secret is to not perform any jerky movements or to bounce the weights off the chest. Also keep you back flat against the bench. Three sets of around eight repetitions once to twice a week is optimal and you will soon notice a change in your chest shape.
If you are aiming to start bodybuilding or just trying to get rid of man boobsthen these are two effective exercises to be starting with.

Bodybuilding is a trend that has caught on with many people. There are very few people who would not want to have a 6 or 8 pack abs with strong biceps and toned midriffs. The fact is that people want to look good and more than that feel good. A good lean muscular body is a key to self-confidence and increases chances of emotional and professional success.
With the increase in interest in bodybuilding a number of websites have begun to promote their solutions. These solutions promise guaranteed results within a short period of time. Many of these solutions are based on protein supplements. Protein supplements are designed to reduce the wear and tear that results from rigorous exercise and help to build muscle mass. These supplements are readily absorbed by the body and help to increase BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate).
Protein supplements benefit the body by helping the body to repair itself between workouts and to reduce overall calorie intake. These substances also build muscle mass. Are these substances safe? How does one use these substances? These are questions that will naturally come to mind.
The point is very simple. As is the case with any type of drug, it is necessary for the user of protein substances to get professional advice. A professional person such as a doctor who is trained in sports medicine or a physical trainer may be able to provide you correct information relating to the optimum dosage, duration and type of protein supplement that you should use. Using these supplements indiscriminately and without any professional advice may cause more harm than good.
After having consulted a professional who is knowledgeable about the use of sports nutrition, you should look for a reliable brand of the nutritional supplement that you want to use. If for instance you want to use glutamine based supplements read about the optimum nutrition glutamine powder. Select a brand after careful study of the brand’s reputation.
Using protein supplements is safe, as long as you go about doing so in the right way. Used judiciously, protein supplements can help you in your efforts towards losing body weight and building muscle.

Are you tired of driving to the gym? Well with the right advice, working out and muscle building at home can be convenient and produce great results. In fact, home workouts can be just as beneficial as a gym membership as long as you take the right steps to ensure success.
Muscle building at home can and should be easy as long as you have motivation and dedication, and put in the hard work needed for the results you’re looking for.
The truth is when you want to start building muscle you must eat healthy first, as opposed to exercise as most people think. If you plan to build muscle from home, first concentrate on a proper diet of healthy foods and then focus on the proper exercises.
Buy the right equipment for your home before you start working out.The proper weights and accompanying equipment makes home muscle building much safer and more effective. The risk for injury is greater if the right amount of weight for specific exercise is incorrect.
As with most health related issues, consult your physician before starting a home work out program. You can garner how to use the weights and how to shed unwanted body fat in the fastest time possible the first visit. A physician can also diagnose any health conditions you should be aware of before you begin working out, and recommend certain lifts you should avoid.
When it comes time to buy weights, remember the pros and cons of weight machines compared to free weights.Weight machines take up a considerable amount of space and limit movement, unlike free weights. When considering which weights to buy, always consider quality and durability.
Try to imagine what the weights will look like in the space you’ve dedicated to working out. When you are not working out, do you have available storage for the weights? If your home is already short on space, avoid buying a large set of weights or machines and instead look for more economical choices.Free weights are able to be purchased in weight combinations for numerous exercises and generally garner less space than machines. The ease and efficiency of muscle building from home will come to fruition by buying the proper weights.

The body produces Nitric Oxide. This acts in the body as a signaling molecule to communicate effectively with other cells in the body. Nitric Oxide results when the enzymes in the body break down the amino acid L-arginine in the body. L-arginine from the food consumed passes through the stomach to enter the blood stream. It enters the endothelial cells that are found between the lymph and blood where it gets broken down into Nitric Oxide. The natural source of L-arginine is fish, grains, meats, dairy products and poultry. Nitric acid is useful in the treatment of inflammations, cardiovascular disorders, digestive problems, insomnia, diabetes and injury, pain, interstitial cystitis, pain, weight loss, sexual function and female sexual dysfunction.
Extreme fatigue and physical weakness are symptoms that could indicate nitric oxide deficiency. Nitric Oxide is also an aid to supplement bodybuilding and sports activities. It is to be taken before and after workouts. There are Nitric Oxide supplements in the market to enhance the oxygen and nutrient delivery with blood flow. Nitric Oxide is a vasodilator enabling the muscle to receive more blood along with the muscle building agents, nutrients and creatine, and oxygen. The blood vessels are forced open for a longer period throughout the day. The result is a fast recovery after workouts, higher muscle gains, more endurance due to the prolonged pumping of the blood and increased strength. The nitric oxide supplement is also to increase the natural production of Nitric Oxide in the body.
Nitric oxide products targeted for bodybuilders claim dramatic increase of muscle growth. However, these claims are inconclusive. Some of the Nitric Oxide supplements in the market include Nitrix by BSN, NO-xplode by BSN, A-AKG by Pro-line, Mid-Cycle by Fizogen, SuperPump250 from Gaspari and Cold Fusion by Legal Gear. These products are available in most supplement and health nutrition stores. For instance, you could check up what consumers and reviewers say about a product in the Internet, for instance, by searching SuperPump250 reviews for SuperPump250.
Nitric Oxide can prevent heart disease and stroke. Dangerous constriction of blood vessels can be prevented. It may be able to assist in controlling platelet function, lower cholesterol and reduce artery plaque. However, in large concentrations it is toxic to cells and can induce dangerously low blood pressure. People with heart conditions are advised not to take any nitric oxide supplements.

Tired of the usual and boring abs exercises that don’t even produce results? This article is intended to help you find out how to get flat abs through using a workout that provides high intensity stabilization techniques. I like to give my readers better options for metabolism-boosting high intensity workouts that work their entire body while also working their abs.
I am going to present a great high intensity workout you can do to get ripped abs that don’t even directly point to straight up abs exercise at all. It’s in a tri-set format (similar to a super-set but alternating between 3 exercises).
Here goes:
1a. Renegade Dumbbell Rows
1b. Front Squats with Barbell
1c. Mountain Climbers on Floor
For each exercise, 3-4 sets of 8 reps would be a great rep scheme to follow. You can also do more sets and less reps, 5 sets of 5 reps or something like that. For mountain climbers, your sets would be time intervals (every 30 seconds).
Renegade dumbbell rows are done starting in a pushup position with the hands on 2 dumbbells. You then row one dumbbell up while stabilizing your body with the other arm. Then bring the dumbbell back to the ground and do the other arm. Be sure the whole time that you keep your body in a controlled manner and you are keeping form. So how does this work out my abs you may be asking? The stabilizing effect during the rows it what creates work for your abdominals. Don’t think your abs are getting a workout, wait til you feel it in the morning!
Front squats as you most likely guessed it are just like back squats, only difference being that you are positioning the barbell in front of your body on the front of your shoulders rather than on the upper back. Set the barbell on your shoulders with your arms crossed and push your firsts into the bar against your shoulders, keeping your elbows out in front. This takes a little practice at first, so you will want to seek a professional trainer at your gym to help you with the form. Your abs are working through the extreme stabilization your body is going through as the weight shifts to the front of your body creating this strenuous stabilization strength effort. This is another exercise that you’ll be feeling in your abdominals area!
Just like the renegade dumbbells, mountain climbers have a starting position of a pushup. You then shuffle the your feet in and out so that your knees come up to your chest and back out to the starting position. It gets its workout name due to the fact that it simulates climbing a mountain but you are flat on the floor. Mountain climbers is one of the best way to lose belly fat as it burns off body fat.
These are tri-sets so after doing an exercise, rest only for about 30 seconds, and then go on to the next one immediately. For the completion of each tri-set, rest for about 1-2 minutes before repeating the whole tri-set.
In spite of the fact that there are no direct abs exercises involved, this is one of the best abs exercises you can do. Do the workout and you’ll become believer too!
If you are tired of traditional ab exercises find out the best abs workout guide at RapidAbs.com!

Modifying the body by a build up of muscles is the focus of bodybuilding. This is achieved by intensive exercise. Bodybuilding emerged as a sport in the 19th century with building muscles in specific forms and its display in public. It gained popularity as a popular sport during the 1950s. Muscle training also became professionalized. Bodybuilding combines elastic or hydraulic resistance with weight training. Nutrients are to be provided after the workouts with specialized diet so that the repair and the growth of the muscles can take place.
Different training methods are adopted in bodybuilding. Strength is built up with a system of resistance to muscular contraction. This is called strength training. Muscle contraction is achieved with hydraulic or elastic or gravity forces. The elastic tension, weight or other resistance is steadily increased. Bodybuilding supplements are taken by bodybuilders, weight loss aspirants, those undergoing weight training and athletes. These supplements are taken to improve sports performance as well as to recover from tiring training and events. The real benefits from these supplements are debated. Sports have become overly commercialized. It has become a sector for investment. These are in the form of contracts, sponsorship and advertisements. Sports, which were all about sportsmanship and human endurance, have become a place where all that matters is winning. Chemical substances like anabolic steroids began to be used to improve performance. Their use became widely prevalent since the 1970s. This spread also to bodybuilding. Growth of the muscles was definitely impressive. But many who did not take these substances were disadvantaged. These substances were also hazardous to health. Many countries declared Anabolic steroid as a controlled substance. Many of these drugs were banned in sports. It became mandatory to carry out doping tests in sports so that steroids and other banned substances could be detected by testing blood and urine.
Bodybuilders require taking excess protein besides carbohydrate and fat. Food energy is required to repair and build up the muscles after training. This additional food energy can be obtained from natural diets. But there are also convenient specialized diet supplements to meet the additional energy needs. There are a range of products to choose from, some of which are Ny-Tro Pro-40, BSN Cell Mass, BSN No-Xplode, Purple Wraath and BSN Syntha-6. Users experience and reviewer comments can be accessed from the Internet by searching, for instance, BSN No-Xplode review for BSN No-Xplode.
The muscles are stimulated with bodybuilding exercises. The growth of the muscles requires adequate rest besides intake of food supplements.

The vital substances that are required for bodybuilding are protein, fat and carbohydrates. The natural and common dietary source of proteins is meats, nuts, dairy products, legumes, eggs and grains. About 46 grams of protein per day is estimated to be required for an adult female while it is 56 grams of protein per day for adult males in order to ensure there is no protein deficiency. The difference in the protein requirement is due to the general weight difference between them and the weight mass in males is more than females.
The proteins available in the tissues are continuously broken down for the purpose of creating energy. A healthy body demands sufficient protein. When the protein intake is not as per requirement, the body relies on the protein in the muscle mass. This results in muscle wasting. Those who are more physically active require more intake of protein. Naturally the bodybuilders require more protein intake than others.
Higher intake of protein as well as carbohydrates and fat is essential for bodybuilders. Micro tears in the muscles result from weight training and intense physical exercise. This need to be repaired with additional food energy. It also requires adequate rest. The actual building of muscles takes place during this. The additional food energy is provided to the body by the intake of special diet supplements or food supplements. There are a variety of products in the market that fulfills this demand such as Ny-Tro Pro-40, BSN No-Xplode, BSN Cell Mass, BSN Syntha-6 and Purple Wraath. Before deciding on the product it is advisable that the genuineness of the products and their claims are checked out.
Excess protein consumption does not lead to problems as the body is not able to store this excess protein. Protein deficiency is widespread in developing countries and is a major cause of ill health and death. The major cause of protein deficiency is malnutrition. This leads to diseases such as kwashiorkor, and mental retardation. Though protein deficiency is rare in developed countries, yet it exists. This happens especially with people who are on a crash diet to lose weight or the elderly or those with poor diet or those who are recovering from trauma, surgery or illness.

A major constituent of our body is protein. The extent of protein in our body is about half the dry weight of the body. Protein is sourced largely from the natural diet. High protein can be obtained from chicken, fish, beef, lamb and legumes including lentils and beans. Amino acids are produced with the digestion of the proteins. These amino acids act as the source of energy. Some of the amino acids are also converted into hormones or are used in the production of new proteins. About 22 different amino acids go to make up protein. The number of amino acids in a protein could comprise of 50 to tens of thousands of amino acids. Amino acids are further categorized as non-essential and essential amino acids. The human body can make the non-essential amino acids while the food supplies essential amino acids.
The recommended dietary intake of protein is 0.75 gram per kilogram of body weight for adult women and 0.84 gram per kilogram of body weight for adult men. The need for protein depends on the age and weight of the person. The main source of protein are meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy products, seeds and nuts, beans and lentils, soy products, grains particularly wheat.
The athletes as well as bodybuilders undergo a tough training. Excess protein may be taken to recover from the training and for muscle repair. Twice of what the less active people take is recommended as a reasonable excess protein intake. But there are those bodybuilders who take much more protein than this. It is generally believed that excess protein consumption does not do any harm. But then people with kidney, overweight and diabetes problems are advised not to take excess protein as this may be harmful. Additional intake of protein is heavily promoted by the powdered protein supplementary industry. These are costly when natural food such as skim milk is a cheaper source of protein. Some of the products marketed include Ny-Tro Pro-40, BSN No-Xplode, BSN Cell Mass, BSN Syntha-6 and Purple Wraath bodybuilding.
Protein intake recommended by some weight trainers as well as bodybuilding coaches is in the ratio of 40 percent protein, 40 percent carbohydrate and 20 percent fat. In the case of a 4000 calorie intake for bodybuilders which is a reasonable intake, it will mean four times the protein intake which is twice of what is acceptable.
