One of the most popular exercises in the gym, when lifting weights, are those that exercise the chest muscles. These are important, especially if you are trying to get rid of man boobs. The larger muscle is usually what gives the chest its size and appearance.

After reaching the top, slowly lower yourself back down and then repeat again.
At first, for some people, this exercise might be a little difficult and so you can keep your knees in contact with the floor rather than the knees. One of the important aspects of this exercise is to lower yourself down slowly so that you continue to exercise those important muscle groups. As you improve, one way to ,make this exercise more difficult is to move your hands slightly wider than shoulder width.
The bench press is a common exercise performed in the gym and is excellent. I would advise to have a partner train with you during this exercise as a safety measure. On the bench you lie flat on your back with a barbel held with both hands at arms length. Then slowly lower the barbel down to the chest and then again slowly, push it back up until the arms are outstretched.
The secret is to not perform any jerky movements or to bounce the weights off the chest. Also keep you back flat against the bench. Three sets of around eight repetitions once to twice a week is optimal and you will soon notice a change in your chest shape.

Abdominal exercises are one of the hottest, and yet, most controversial topics in the fitness and exercise industry. Hundreds of ab gadgets, gimmicks, and exercise machines have flooded the market for people looking for sexier and flatter abdominals… that sexy six-pack abs appearance that everyone seeks. And we all know that not all of them can fulfill their promises of how to get flat abs.
It may come to a surprise that most of these abdominal solutions are not really solutions at all to getting sick pack abs. Before even getting started with any abdominal exercises, you have to be sure that you have lost any extra belly fat you may be holding on to. Tired of the usual and boring abs exercises that don’t even produce results? This article is intended to help you find out how to get flat abs through using a workout that provides high intensity stabilization techniques. I like to give my readers better options for metabolism-boosting high intensity workouts that work their entire body while also working their abs.
I am going to present a great high intensity workout you can do to get ripped abs that don’t even directly point to straight up abs exercise at all. It’s in a tri-set format (similar to a super-set but alternating between 3 exercises).
Here goes:
1a. Renegade Dumbbell Rows
1b. Front Squats with Barbell
1c. Mountain Climbers on Floor
For each exercise, 3-4 sets of 8 reps would be a great rep scheme to follow. You can also do more sets and less reps, 5 sets of 5 reps or something like that. For mountain climbers, your sets would be time intervals (every 30 seconds).
Renegade dumbbell rows are done starting in a pushup position with the hands on 2 dumbbells. You then row one dumbbell up while stabilizing your body with the other arm. Then bring the dumbbell back to the ground and do the other arm. Be sure the whole time that you keep your body in a controlled manner and you are keeping form. So how does this work out my abs you may be asking? The stabilizing effect during the rows it what creates work for your abdominals. Don’t think your abs are getting a workout, wait til you feel it in the morning!
Front squats as you most likely guessed it are just like back squats, only difference being that you are positioning the barbell in front of your body on the front of your shoulders rather than on the upper back. Set the barbell on your shoulders with your arms crossed and push your firsts into the bar against your shoulders, keeping your elbows out in front. This takes a little practice at first, so you will want to seek a professional trainer at your gym to help you with the form. Your abs are working through the extreme stabilization your body is going through as the weight shifts to the front of your body creating this strenuous stabilization strength effort. This is another exercise that you’ll be feeling in your abdominals area!
Just like the renegade dumbbells, mountain climbers have a starting position of a pushup. You then shuffle the your feet in and out so that your knees come up to your chest and back out to the starting position. It gets its workout name due to the fact that it simulates climbing a mountain but you are flat on the floor. Mountain climbers is one of the best way to lose belly fat as it burns off body fat.
These are tri-sets so after doing an exercise, rest only for about 30 seconds, and then go on to the next one immediately. For the completion of each tri-set, rest for about 1-2 minutes before repeating the whole tri-set.

Regaining a new body shape with preservering your health and achieving new fitness levels
If you always wanted a health and fitness program without any risks to yourself (especially your body) read through this article. Imagine you can’t afford that anymore? You will re-gain your fat as fast as you can say “pork belly”.
If you are not willing to take option one (drugs) or option two (supplements) maybe option three is for you: One of those classical starvation diets. Hmmm, let me think about it you may say. Well, to be honest, I already have thought about it and it’s a no-go for me because with being now in the midst of my thirties I am not willing to concentrate my remaining forty to sixty years only on what I may eat and be focussed on one-sided meals all day long. Additionally I am not sure if that aims for the health and fitness I’d like to have.
What I found as an alternative for me was having a guide with me how fulfils several of my demands:

To me, it looks like there is a way to achieve new health and fitness levels without cutting my history off. I feel an increasing health and fitness status as I am working my way through. Also personal power and enery have risen since the start to some levels never thought of possible. This is a journey through building a nice body of both health and fitness and you are encouraged to experience the same.

There are a lot of ways to get great abs fast, and you don’t have to use special abdominal machines or other expensive equipment to reach your goal.
