If you’ve been trying & failing to lose weight, maybe you are beginning to think you can’t lose weight, simple as that.

I can say with confidence everyone can (if they want to) lose weight. It’s a matter of finding something that works for you, a system that you can lose weight with.

I used to just assume I couldn’t lose weight. Then mother nature gave me a kick up the backside and forced me to think differently.

I used to be about fifteen pounds overweight most of the time. Then I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and at twenty seven years old. Shock, dismay, confusion, depression, I had it all.

I really don’t know the ins and outs of it but it shocked me there and then into taking this weight loss thing pretty seriously.

I like systems, things that can be put into lists of little tasks. So I figured I should get a weight loss system that works like this.

A system is like a recipe, follow it properly and get the same end result. The end result here for you is a body you’ve craved for a long while now.

The world we live in is built on systems. Most of our jobs use systems of some sort. It makes it easier for us to get the task done. So why not mould our weight loss regime into a system?

I’ll admit now that I spent thousands on crap dieting products only to end up back where I started a few months later. I hope by showing you my path to success I can save you wasting the same money.

I unearthed a gem of a system, works great for me. I can easily plan what I need to do and then tick the tasks of as I do them every day.

I plan meals with a computer generated meal planner. Meals that don’t leave me feeling empty and are perfectly healthy. Stress free meal planning.

You wouldn’t believe (or maybe you would) the stress it used to cause me just trying to work out what I could safely eat. Not any more! Push button planning for me, and I love it.

If you are one of the many that think you can’t lose weight, you are not alone.It’s time to think again if you believe you can’t lose weight.Everybody can lose weight; you just need to have a solid system that you can follow.

Eat less, exercise more & you’ll lose weight. I bet you’ve heard that a million times.The huge problem with those two statements is they don’t give you the finer detail.We need details. We need a system to guide us every step of the way

Eating too much too late. Eating late means there’s little chance to burn some calories off. Inevitably they turn to fat and a days hard work is lost. If this is you then it will benefit you loads if you can eat even an hour earlier or even fit in a little activity after you eat.

On your own. If you are trying to lose weight without any help or support it can be an impossible task. If you haven’t got a friend you can talk to or exercise with try joining some online forums. You’ll find lots of dieting buddies online and lots of encouragement.

Body heat. If your body is cold, it’s more likely to store fat. Think of hibernating animals, they store fat to keep them warm and get them over winter. Exercise is clearly the number one way to get warmed up, although sex aint bad! But failing either of them keep yourself wrapped up warm with a few more clothes.

There are a lot of reasons you might think you can’t lose weight.Follow a system and its steps every day and you will start to see results pretty quickly.Following a system everyday gives you your best chance of successfully losing weight.

Fitness is the essence of a man. Fitness is the ability of a person to do his normal everyday tasks with full alertness and vigor without worrying about fatigue afterward and with extra energy in reserve which can be useful when emergencies arise or during leisure and recreation. The primary goal every man must try to achieve is overall fitness. In fitness, no-one is ever too young or too old for improvement. One’s fitness can be improved by ngaging in aerobic exercises and through strength training. Every man must focus on three components of overall fitness on working out in order to be in healthy, tip-top shape. 3.) Make sure the is always a spotter when lifting weights.

4.) Challenge the muscles, but ensure that it is kept safe.

5.) Prior to working ou, stretch and warm-up and cool-down gradually after sessions.

6.) Check the equipment for safety before using them.

7.) Rather than over do the whole thing It is better to do less. Overtraining will exhaust enthusiasm and kill performance.

Hi, my name is Alex Cameron, and im a competitive ametuer body builder. Ive just put together a great resource site on body building and lean muscle. Im going to share with you a selection of my best tips and secrets for launching your body building on the right track. 

The most important part of your routine is to eat properly!

You hear it time and time again. Its well known that its harder to iron out your diet right, than it is to turn upto the gym and go through your routine. Im aware of this, because I have been where you are. It was after I changed that advice into an action plan, that I began to actually put on weight and size.

The most common muscle diet myth, is that people think to get big, you must take back only protien and nothing or little else. Remain cautious of this advice!

In an ideal world, what you should be doing is waiting till the times of day when your metabolism siganls that its ready for the protien hit. For best results, you want to ‘wake’ your body up by taking in foods that prop up the muscle and intestinal system.

A great idea for breakfast, is to take in complex carbohydrates and fibre. Wholegrains, oats, porridge and grain toasts with a quality olive oil spread is a good option. Fruits provide vitamens and fibre is essential for digestive health, and ensuring the stomach is ready for the protien blast you will unleash on it later in the day.

A protien shake in the morning is good, but save the harder to digest protiens for later in the day, such as poultry or beef.

By morning tea time, or 10am, you should be ready for another hit. Now is when wheat pasta and veges or perhaps a tub of cottage cheese and wheatmeal crackers is ideal. For those with a sweet tooth, a natural yoghurt is a good filler, with some bananas and wholemeal bread. Avoid white breads though.
