Can’t lose weight? Or think you can’t lose weight, then maybe you need to re-evaluate your thinking on this. Everyone should be able to lose weight. It’s not impossible.
I once believed the same, that I can’t lose weight, and probably never will. I was totally wrong on that point.
I used to go up and down like a lift with my weight. It was mostly ups though. I was then hit by a sudden illness, age onset diabetes.
I wondered if my being fat was the cause but I think I’ll never know the reason. I’ll tell you though it really scared me.
Only twenty seven and lumped with a life long illness. Just how did I get this ‘old age’ persons disease?
I knew the time was right for positive action. Time to really lose weight, no more talking, just doing. I view on life had to change.
Like most “fatties” I tried all sorts of diets and gizmos. Some of the stuff was sickeningly expensive and turned out to be next to useless. I shudder at how much money I’ve thrown away.
What I found was a step by step system that allows me to plan my day and my meals. I can plan meals of a decent size that aren’t going to leave me hungry.
My system has an online diet generator that really takes the stress out of planning my meals. What’s worse than trying to work out just what you can and can’t eat safely?
I was a sucker for eating any leftovers my kids didn’t eat. I actually thought that it was wasteful to throw it in the garbage. Now I have a totally different mindset and we rarely cook more than we can eat.
It might be time for you to take a fresh look at things. If you’re anything like I used to be and think you can’t lose weight, now is the time start believing you can.
It’s a decision that you will never regret. You may look back and think how ridiculous it was to believe that you actually can’t lose weight.
I’m a bit of an obsessive and I like to tick the boxes every day to know I’m doing the right things. If you are like me and like a system to follow then you could do worse than following in my footsteps.

If you’ve been trying & failing to lose weight, maybe you are beginning to think you can’t lose weight, simple as that.
I can say with confidence everyone can (if they want to) lose weight. It’s a matter of finding something that works for you, a system that you can lose weight with.
I used to just assume I couldn’t lose weight. Then mother nature gave me a kick up the backside and forced me to think differently.
I used to be about fifteen pounds overweight most of the time. Then I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and at twenty seven years old. Shock, dismay, confusion, depression, I had it all.

The world we live in is built on systems. Most of our jobs use systems of some sort. It makes it easier for us to get the task done. So why not mould our weight loss regime into a system?
I’ll admit now that I spent thousands on crap dieting products only to end up back where I started a few months later. I hope by showing you my path to success I can save you wasting the same money.

None! Don’t think that ab workouts alone will create enough of a metabolic response in your body to create fat loss. It takes more than that.
The question is: What are the best types of exercises and workouts for losing stubborn stomach fat in order to bring out visible six pack abs. The problem is that most people with excess stomach fat looking to try to uncover their abs are searching for some “miracle abdominal workout” that is going to slash the fat off their abs in no time.
The thing is… the problem is trying to be solved in the wrong way! Ab workouts will not cause you to lose belly fat.
The problem is that focusing most of your time and effort on abdominal exercises and abs workouts to try to flatten your stomach and bring out 6-pack abs is simply wasting your time from doing the correct workout programs that will lose you belly fat.

In addition, a side-effect of working out using mostly full body multi-joint combo exercises are that you indirectly work your entire midsection even though you are not specifically targeting the abs.
Remeber this fact: nutrition is very important in the development of you 6 pack abs. You can workout until the cows come home, but if you eat junk food it defeats your purpose. If you want 6 pack abs, the best thing you can do is have proper nutrition.
Let’s explain this once and for all…
It is a total wast on time if all you do is focus on situps, crunches, leg raises, and all those silly worthless “ab contraptions” in your efforts to try to develop 6-pack abs. Instead focus on high intensity full body lifts using combination multi-joint exercises all strategically combined into highly effective fat loss workouts.
