You’ll know what I’m talking about once you’re actually there. That guy is more than likely better at selling things than he is at being a fitness trainer, and that really is a compliment. I was no impressed by the results, but I was impressed when I found a lot of material that seemed to be aimed directly at me. To make it easier, the program worked. Not only did it work, but I started seeing very good results in a small time frame. My current weight is an astounding 173 pounds. I would say it is most likely all muscle. I was so pleased with the results I decided to get rid of my chubby girlfriend and look for someone who is as fit as I am. If you got your body to the state where mine is now there is no doubt you would be a stuck up ass also. I never was a braggart — it’s difficult to be a braggart when you’re a 90-pound weakling.
