Frequently a newbie will state that their goal is to build muscle and burn fat. here we shall discuss whether or not this is doable or not.</p>
<p>So, can people actually build muscle mass and lose body fat?</p>
<p>Well, yes is the answer to that one. However there is a but and that is so as it is a very awkward thing to do. If you desire to build muscle whilst burning fat you are going to have to figure out precisely how many calories you need to eat and then eat exactly that amount.</p>
<p>Why do we have to do that? The reasons behine why we ought to do that is because if you want to build muscle mass and not put on fat you have to take on board just enough calories to support muscle growth but not so many that you will have a surplus of excess calories that will become stored as fat tissue.</p>
