Abdominal exercises are one of the hottest, and yet, most controversial topics in the fitness and exercise industry. Do you believe you can’t lose weight? Have you got a particular reason you can’t lose that excess fat? Tom Venuto is an interesting character I wanted to find out more about, specifically if he really did ‘burn the fat’ and whether he also had the ability and credentials to teach me how to get lean and reduce my body fat.
